I’ve said my piece against this terrible idea before, here and at The Writer’s Well. Now other bloggers are chiming in, like Sean P Aune of Mashable. Is this going to become yet another issue that refuses to go away? I hope not.

On a side note – The Writer’s Well is throwing an error when you leave a comment, as is AppleGrrl and BooksWithoutLimits. Please leave your comments anyway, I assure you they are appearing ok in spite of the error, which I am working to fix as fast as I can. 
I just checked out the link to which you referred. I cannot believe how one could even think of applying the concept of ‘union’ to ‘bloggers’. Utterly astonishing.
